I have set up Reluctant Heroines to take sexual violence victims from surviving to thriving. From that place where you’ve had the counselling BUT there’s still something missing.

As rape and sexual abuse victims we may have some unhealthy views of relationships, sex, self worth, self esteem, our role in society and communities. Reluctant Heroines is set up to give you the tools to untangle what’s good and not so good and enable you to find your path to thriving.
